Job overviewTo have specific responsibility for the administration of the consultants and residents doctor's study leave. This includes the recording and monitoring of the doctors study leave. To produce and summarise financial reports for the PGMC Manager.
Main duties of the jobTo be responsible for the organisation and administration of Study Leave applications.
Provide administrative assistance to Study Leave Committee which is chaired by the Deputy Director of Postgraduate Medical Education.
To deal appropriately and effectively with the incoming emails and the resulting correspondence.
Responding promptly to telephone calls, emails and enquiries.

Person specification Qualifications- Educated to A level or NVQ level 3 Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent
