Student Reception Administrator

We require a flexible and capable individual who enjoys interacting with young people to work in our busy Student Reception. Duties include attendance administration and looking after our medical room. First aid and managing medicines experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. This is an exciting opportunity to join our pastoral support team in providing holistic support to students across the school.

Salary: NJC Grade 5 (Points 7-8) £27,274 - £27,709 FTE, actual salary £21,420 - £21,762

Hours: 34.5 hours a week term time only:

Mon - Thurs 08:15-15:45, Fri 08:15-15:15. Term time only

Reporting to: Business Manager

We are a looking for someone to provide a full and effective service covering a range of pupil-focused services including:

• Attendance administration and reporting
• Managing the daily truancycall system
• Supporting Student Reception
• To provide FirstAid and medical tostudents

The start date is as soon as possible.
