Job Description
Derby-College is seeking a Student Experience & Pastoral Coach on a fixed term contract to support learners across campuses. You'll build trusting relationships, deliver targeted 1:1 and group coaching, and help remove barriers to attendance, learning and progression.
You'll work closely with families and external professionals to create inclusive, wellbeing-focused activities that boost community, confidence and a positive student experience.
