Job Opportunity: Stroke Consultant

On behalf of a reputable hospital in the East Midlands, we are seeking an experienced Stroke Consultant to join a busy department starting from July 2023 for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This is a locum position with ongoing potential.

Workload & Requirements:

• Ability to commit to a full rota (on-call ratio to be confirmed)
• Must hold ALS certification and have NHS Consultant experience
• Responsibilities include Stroke Ward duties, TIA, and Stroke clinics
• Workload details can be discussed with the department or clinical lead
• Good accommodation options can be arranged and subsidized:

Accommodation Costs: 3-star Accommodation:

£45.08 per night for 1-3 nights; for 4 or more nights, the rate is pro-rata from the monthly rate of £646.03 (approx. £20.83 per night in a 31-day month).

Standard Accommodation:

£38.29 per night for 1-3 nights; for 4 or more nights, the rate is pro-rata from the monthly rate of £590.57 (approx. £19.05 per night in a 31-day month).

Enhanced rates may be available depending on experience.
