Responsibilities

Strategy Project Consultant - German speaking
Location: London
Hybrid work: 2 days working from home
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Main duties:
To lead strategic consulting projects and deliver actionable insights that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

The role:
- Manage projects independently and lead small teams
- Conduct primary research and strategic analysis to inform decision-making
- Present recommendations to clients and facilitate workshops
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for engagement
- Provide operational support and structure for complex problem-solving
- Actively contribute to internal innovation in methods, tools, and practices

Candidate's Profile

- Fluency in German and English is essential
- Experience in a strategy consulting or a strategic corporate role
- Master's degree required; MBA or technical background preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge of MVPs and Lean Testing
- Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven
- Open to international travel
