Strategic Operations Lead - Global Tech £102,-Month Contract Remote (UK)

I'm recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading global technology company, seeking an experienced Programs & Business Operations Lead to support growth initiatives, drive operational excellence and deliver data-driven programmes.

Key requirements:

8-10 years' experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting or programme management.
Strong hands-on SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
Proven experience managing multiple projects, programme launches and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience collaborating with product, marketing, data science and operations teams.
Experience coordinating marketing assets, content production, events or vendor logistics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to marketplace businesses, growth, membership or loyalty programmes is a strong advantage.
