Strategy Lead, Retail Growth & Transformation

Sainsbury's is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the business, reporting to senior stakeholders and shaping direction to 2030 and beyond.

This fixed-term 6-month role is hybrid with about two days in the London office. You will manage 1-2 concurrent strategy projects, build relationships with board members and divisional directors, and translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
