As Strategy Director, you'll lead the development of commerce marketing strategies working across varied briefs-from prestigious FMCG brands to household name retailers. You'll shape strategic direction, mentor a growing team, and deliver campaigns rooted in bold creative thinking.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a high-performing strategy function, managing a team, and ensuring consistent quality across client work.

• Collaborating with media, insight, and creative directors to build a shopper-first strategy.

• Elevating strategic thinking across the wider agency through training, coaching, and capability building.

• Bringing industry trends into the business to inform new approaches and product innovations.

• Driving new business opportunities and contributing to long-term agency growth.

• Have proven experience leading integrated strategy within an agency setting, ideally focused on commerce, retail, or shopper marketing.
