About the Role:

As Strategy Director, you will lead strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients, driving transformations in digital, sustainability, workforce, marketing, and more. You'll be at the forefront of developing innovative, evidence-based strategies for big, complex global accounts, tackling challenging questions with clarity and insight.

This role offers the chance to work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in an environment of change and growth. The position is based in Holborn, with a hybrid working model requiring three office days per week of your choice.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver strategic solutions for global clients across a range of industries.

Drive digital, sustainability, and workforce transformation projects with measurable impact.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and media specialists.
