• Lead Joint Venture projects, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
• Develop tailored strategies for clients, addressing their unique business challenges and goals.

• Oversee financial analysis and modelling to support decision-making during transitions.
• Advise clients on operational improvements and structural changes during mergers and acquisitions.

Profile

A successful Management Consultant- Joint Ventures should have:

• A strong background in consultancy, with multiple deal track record.
• Experience working on complex Joint Venture integration and separation projects pre and post deal
• Proven expertise in financial analysis and operational improvements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative approach, with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior colleagues. with
