Strategy Consultant - Private Capital Due Diligence

Our clients in leading consultancies supporting businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries are seeking top tier Consultants up to Engagement Manager level to deliver a number of upcoming commercial due diligence pieces.

• Managing the delivery of the CDD for the client
• Support or leading workstreams, depending on level
• In depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
• Conduct market sizing and financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

• 4+ years experience from top tier Consultancies (MBB ideally)
• Minimum 10 DDs across: Private Capital, Financial Services, Asset and Wealth Management, Value Creation, Tech, Software, Energy Transition, Digital Infrastructure, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence etc.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 2-6 week sprints, rolling
• Day rate: Dependent on level (Consultant to Engagement Manager level)
• Location: London, hybrid
