Tech Enablement - Team and Role

We are seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to join our Tech Enablement team. This role will be responsible for managing company-wide initiatives within Tech spanning Engineering, Product, and UX.

What You'll Do

• Lead programs that enhance the overall efficiency, collaboration, and scalability of our Tech organisation across global Tech Hubs.
• Streamline the product development cycle by establishing and iterating on shared practices, governance models (e.g., for architecture reviews), and innovative ways of working.
• Strategically align Tech efforts with Tech Strategic Themes, Adyen's unique "Rituals," and key Business & Product Priorities.
• Build and refine the operational backbone that enables seamless collaboration between Engineering, Product, and UX teams, delivering customer value at scale.
• Identify opportunities for seamless collaboration among Tech.
• Manage ambiguity in our entrepreneurial environment, defining a clear vision to optimize the tech organization in support of the business.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection of strategic vision and technical execution, ready to drive organizational efficiency across our global technology landscape.

• 10+ years of experience in high-growth, complex technical environments.
• Engineering & Product Acumen: credibility from a background in Engineering or Product Management.
• Technical Foundations: fluency in system architecture, design patterns, APIs, distributed systems, and scalability.
• Proactive Strategic Problem Solver: independently identifying fundamental organizational or technical problems and implementing effective strategies.
• Program Leadership: ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating distributed teams.
• Collaborative Influence: adept at navigating matrixed environments and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
• Exceptional Communicator: adept at tailoring verbal, written, and visual artifacts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-Oriented & Translative: able to translate architectural concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
