Role responsibilities

• Move organisations to a more customer-centric model and create compelling customer propositions.
• Redefine customer journeys and personalise interactions using multi-channel strategies.
• Utilise customer data to optimise engagements.
• Blend physical and digital engagement models to provide a seamless service model.
• Use new technologies and platforms to deliver business and operating model changes.
• Support digital transformation delivery, including building and tracking business cases and measuring value through improved customer experience or reduced cost-to-serve.
• Design and deliver AI-enabled customer engagement and personalisation solutions that enhance experiences and outcomes.
• Lead and facilitate design workshops and support customer-centric process redesign.

Your experience

• 3+ years of experience in design and delivery of customer-impacting transformations or front-office operating model change.
• Exposure to AI, automation, personalisation, or emerging technology-enabled transformation initiatives is desirable.
• Design Thinking practitioner.
• Certification in Project Management desirable.
• Certification in Agile Methodologies desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• Experience in management consulting is highly regarded.
