The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and senior stakeholders driving forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights.

• Gather internal and external insights
• Develop and lead in-depth data-driven analyses of eCommerce business, including merchant growth and operations, product and content scaling, and other key metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to set up and execute short-term and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Establish business analysis frameworks to monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities and risks, and provide solid business diagnosis and practical solutions.
• Set up and execute annual/quarterly business goals and implementation roadmaps, and regularly conduct business reviews summarising improvement strategies and methodologies.
• Play a pivotal role as a strategy business partner for TikTok eCommerce business teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape the strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above
• High attention to detail
• Organised and able to perform in a fast-paced environment and prioritise well
• Problem solver
• Strong written and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with familiarity with industry research methods.
• Consulting, strategy, or investment-related experience is a plus
