Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.

Our our team supports TikTok Shop's strategic planning and business expansion in IT markets through research, analysis, and cross-functional project execution.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct strategy research, market analysis, and data processing to support TikTok Shop's expansion into new European markets.
• Support strategy research, business analysis, and data processing for TikTok Shop's expansion into new European markets.
• Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to drive key projects and support effective strategy execution.

Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)

• Strong understanding of industry research methodologies, with solid logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct research and collaborate effectively in cross-cultural and international contexts.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or investment.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL.
