Strategic Workforce Change & Restructuring Manager (Hybrid)

Barclays in London is seeking a senior HR change professional to support Workforce Change & Restructuring delivery across the bank. You will manage projects, coordinate HR workstreams in restructuring, outsourcing, transfers, and pan-entity initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, union liaison experience, TUPE knowledge, and robust data skills in Excel. Hybrid work with three days in the office, lasting six months, PAYE only.
