Strategic Town Planner Lead (Hybrid)

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is seeking a Principal Town Planner to join the Strategic Development Team. You will lead on a strategic allocation for 3,200 homes, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team and presenting to the Planning Committee. The role requires extensive local authority experience and a degree with accreditation.

Contract until late April 2027, 37 hours per week, hybrid working with on-site meetings as needed. The rate is circa £55+/hr Umbrella and is inside IR35.
