Strategic Tourism Partnerships Lead (Hybrid)

McArthurGlen is seeking a Tourism Partnership Manager to build and activate strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality, loyalty and payments, shaping opportunities in our international markets. Reporting to the International Markets Director, you'll lead cross-functional delivery from business case to launch, ensuring commercial soundness and scalable growth across the portfolio.

You'll track performance through KPIs, optimise outcomes with data-driven insights, and collaborate with
