Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid Role + Travel

Specsavers is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape the recruitment processes and build strong relationships across various teams. This hybrid position involves end-to-end recruitment, partnership with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, as well as training hiring managers.

The successful candidate will have strong in-house recruitment experience and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while sourcing talent using multiple channels. Flexibility and travel may be required across locations including Nottingham, Southampton, and Guernsey.
