Strategic Subcontract Manager - Defence Training (Hybrid)

RTX is seeking an experienced Subcontract Manager to lead and manage moderately sized subcontracting projects for the British Army. You will operate in a matrix organisation, reporting to the OMNIA Training and using your expertise to shape supplier performance and contract execution.

You will drive improvements, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence in a high-impact defence training environment.
