Strategic Senior People Partner - HR Leader (Hybrid)

Stagecoach is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to shape and deliver our people strategy across a large, unionised transport business. Based at the Stockport Shared Service Centre with hybrid travel across the UK, you'll partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning and organisational design with strategic aims.

You will lead employee relations cases, manage collective bargaining, and drive transformation programmes including franchise bids and mobilisation.
