Strategic Risk & Compliance Leader, Insurance

The AA is seeking a senior Risk & Compliance leader to head AAUICL, the Gibraltar-regulated insurance company. You will shape risk appetite, oversee ORSA, capital planning, and regulatory reporting, and provide clear independent challenge to the Board and senior leadership. This is a hybrid London-based role reporting to the CEO of AAUICL.

You will build a small team, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure effective risk management across underwriting, claims and customer outcomes.
