Strategic Resourcing Lead - Public Sector HR

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a Resourcing Lead through Pertemps to join the HR & OD team on a temporary 3 month contract with potential for permanency. The role is hybrid and based in Buckinghamshire, with an immediate start and a 37-hour week.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns, provide expert guidance to hiring managers, and drive workforce planning, market mapping and continuous improvement across recruitment processes.
