Strategic Procurement Specialist - Utilities & Construction

IES Utilities Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer in the Manchester area to source, purchase and manage materials, plant, equipment and services for project delivery. You will work with Project Managers, Site Teams and Finance to ensure timely, compliant procurement that supports cost control and risk management.

The role emphasizes supplier relationship building, competitive pricing and process accuracy, with responsibility for PO creation, KPI monitoring and collaboration across
