What You'll Do
* Lead complex strategic sourcing transactions encompassing competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, and supplier selection across products and services
* Collaborate with cross-functional sourcing teams, business leaders, and legal and risk partners to support and execute each sourcing transaction
* Lead contract management and supplier relationship oversight across Technology (AI), Marketing, HR, Professional Services, and Facilities categories
* Communicate project status, contract requirements, and risk considerations to stakeholders and senior leaders while ensuring accurate documentation, cross-team coordination, and proper closure and handoff of sourcing transactions
* Analyze supply market data and industry trends to inform category strategies, recommend suppliers, and present data-driven insights and actionable solutions aligned with business strategy, funding, and forecasting
* Champion global procurement process adherence by educating stakeholders, supporting training, ensuring fair business practices and best-value sourcing, effectively managing priorities, and contributing to special projects as needed
* Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships by proactively driving engagement, resolving issues, mitigating risks, and communicating solutions to secure alignment and buy-in

What You Bring
* Experience in procurement within Financial Services industries
* Proven expertise in sourcing and purchasing technology products and services
* Skilled in leading end-to-end competitive sourcing processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and value for the organization
* Ability to manage supplier relationships and drive strategic procurement initiatives effectively
