Strategic Preconstruction Bid Lead - London (Hybrid)

Bouygues is expanding its team and seeks a Preconstruction Manager to own the bid strategy across projects including Residential, Offices, Education and Healthcare. You will report to the Preconstruction Director and lead a bid team through tender, bid and negotiation stages.

The role requires experience with main building contractors, strong commercial awareness and ability to translate client requirements into deliverable solutions. Hybrid UK-based role with global project exposure.
