Job Description
Overview 
Location: Birmingham (Snow Hill office base) Salary: £30,000-£38,000 + Bonus
Join an energetic strategic planning team based out of a beautifully designed modern workspace near Snow Hill Station. You'll help deliver new communities and shape the region's future through long-term growth planning.
Responsibilities- Draft representations for local plan consultations
- Research demographic trends and land supply
- Assist with evidence reports and client strategies
- MRTPI (or working toward)
- Experience with policy-based planning
- Insight into regional planning frameworks and the NPPF
