Strategic Philanthropy Lead: Major Donors & Trusts

You will join YoungMinds as Senior Philanthropy Officer, playing a pivotal role in developing major donor and Trusts & Foundations funding. The role bridges operational fundraising with strategic partnerships, managing complex proposals and a high-value donor portfolio.

This position is part-time (0.8 FTE) with a hybrid work model: home-based work combined with 4-12 days a month in the office, offering a flexible environment in London and across the UK.
