Your new role

In this role, you'll help design the framework for our employees' professional and personal development - from clear career paths and competitive compensation models to a culture that combines high performance with collaboration. With your strategic perspective on People topics, you'll contribute to building a product that redefines how parking space is managed and drives the future of urban mobility.

As an experienced partner to leadership and expert across the employee lifecycle, you'll strengthen our position as a market leader and help drive success as a People Manager - together with our exceptional team.

What to expect

  • People Strategy & Projects: You'll develop and lead company-wide People initiatives - such as career frameworks, compensation & benefits, and performance management. With a strong sense for both organization and culture, you'll help create an environment driven by ownership and high performance.

  • Strategic Partnership: You'll act as a trusted sparring partner to C-level and other leaders, advising them on key strategic HR matters and supporting them in achieving core People goals. For complex topics, you'll be the go-to expert.

  • HR Excellence: You'll ensure that our People processes, policies, and standards are scalable and aligned with our strategic company goals.

  • Engagement & Culture: You'll make sure our values and culture are embedded throughout the entire employee lifecycle - with a strong focus on sustainable employee engagement and future-readiness.

  • Expertise: You bring several years of experience in strategic HR management - especially in the areas of career development, compensation strategy, organizational design, and performance management.
