Strategic Payroll & Transformation Leader (Hybrid)

Ascent People Ltd is recruiting a Payroll Manager to govern and transform a complex UK payroll operation from our East Midlands base, working with multiple sites.

You will lead governance, drive payroll transformation, ensure UK compliance, and develop the payroll team in a large, multi-site organisation. This strategic role requires a proactive leader who can partner with HR, finance and operations to deliver accurate, timely payroll and champion learning and development.
