Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite Tue-Thu, 2 Days Remote)
Working Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Contract Duration: Long-term contract (up to October 2027)
Are you an experienced partnership strategist with strong expertise in e-commerce and retail? A leading global technology organization is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to spearhead high-impact partner and supplier relationships from end-to-end.
In this role, you will lead deal negotiations, build growth pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to shape product strategy and expand the partner ecosystem.
What You'll Do

• Drive End-to-End Deal Execution: Lead partner pitching, contract negotiation, integration, and day-to-day account planning.
• Shape Strategy & Prospecting: Identify new market opportunities, analyze retail/e-commerce trends, and align partner strategies with internal product roadmaps.
• Nurture Key Relationships: Act as the strategic bridge between external partners and internal executive stakeholders to drive brand excellence and resolve operational hurdles.
• Analyze & Forecast: Track performance metrics, synthesize data insights, and build accurate growth forecasts to demonstrate business impact.

What We're Looking For

• Retail & E-Commerce Background: Proven track record in project-centric partnership roles within retail or e-commerce environments.
• Deal & Contract Mastery: Strong hands-on experience in contract negotiation, pipeline management, and navigating complex corporate structures.
• Executive Influence: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Languages: Fluent English (German language skills are a plus).
