Strategic L&D Partner for Leadership & Growth

HCC Service Co. UK Branch is looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to lead key L&D projects and deliver impactful learning strategies across the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training needs analysis, adult learning theories, and be adept at facilitating workshops and training.

This role involves a hybrid working setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, aimed at promoting a culture of continuous learning throughout the organization. Knowledge of Power BI and advanced PowerPoint skills are essential for success.
