Strategic International HR Partner

Howden is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support international operations. You will partner with leaders outside the UK, delivering pragmatic HR advice, and guiding local employment law across multiple European jurisdictions.

This hands-on role covers employee relations, recruitment support, policy harmonisation, TUPE and cross-border transfers, and collaboration with finance, legal and compliance to align with group standards. Travel internationally as required.
