Joining us as aStrategic Initiatives Manager

As a Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will be empowered to make a significant impact, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic decision-making within our organization, giving you the chance to influence key business outcomes, drive innovation, and lead transformative projects.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Leverage your extensive experience with customer, financial, and technical data to conduct market research and analysis, driving strategic goals
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives with a focus on data-driven decision-making, utilising your excellent data extraction, transformation, and modelling skills
  • Advise on market trends, competitors, opportunities, and threats to support strategic goal planning and outline company strategy, priorities, and objectives
  • Assist and deputise for the Head of Rollout Optimisation, emphasising data management and strategic planning through robust data analysis and modelling

What you'll bring to the role

You will have proven experience in strategic planning or consulting, with expertise in infrastructure, utilities, or management consultancy.

You'll also have:

  • Proficiency in SQL, R, QGIS for data extraction, transformation, and modelling, with advanced Excel skills for analysis and visualisation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience influencing C-suite members and effectively highlighting risks and opportunities during change management initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills, project management expertise, and strategy experience in European Telco or consumer markets, ideally in infrastructure or utilities
