Strategic Indirect Tax Manager - Global VAT & M&A

Octopus Energy is seeking an experienced Indirect Tax professional to join our finance team in London. You will provide expert VAT/GST/sales tax guidance across multiple jurisdictions and support new product launches and market expansion.

You will lead due diligence for M&A activities, manage UK VAT compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisers to keep tax processes compliant and efficient. Prior energy sector experience is a plus.
