Strategic HRBP - Brand & Digital (Consumer Products)

L'Oréal is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Brand and Digital teams within Consumer Products Division on a fixed-term contract. Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape the people strategy and partner with senior leaders to build high-performing teams across iconic brands.

You'll own talent development, organizational design, workforce planning, and HR analytics, while partnering with Finance to manage headcount and salary costs.
