Strategic HR Partner: TUPE & Change Lead (Remote)

Capita is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (fixed-term) to lead a high-profile TUPE transfer within a complex environment. The role is home-based with occasional travel for in-person meetings and contracts to 31 March 2027.
