Job Description
Coventry School Foundation is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our small, dedicated HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager this role partners with Headteachers and managers across the Foundation, advising on the full employee lifecycle, leading on complex employee relations, supporting organisational change, and delivering people-focused initiatives to support the Foundation's strategic aims.
