Strategic HR Partner for Leaders Change & ER Expert

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, service managers and school leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support aligned with objectives and workforce plans.

You will provide expert advice on complex employee relations while managing HR casework from initial consultation to hearings and tribunals. The role also leads change initiatives, policy development, union engagement, investigations and data-driven workforce improvements.
