Strategic HR Partner for Education & Public Service

Warrington Borough Council is seeking two HR Business Partners on 2-year fixed-term contracts. Roles are 37 hours per week, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and school leaders to drive organisational change and sustain high-quality HR services across the Council and its schools. The ideal candidate will have strong HR advisory or business partnering experience, excellent stakeholder skills, and a track record in change management.
