Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a high performing team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The role partners with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver a seamless employee experience within a fast paced professional services environment.

The role focuses on supporting transformation initiatives, change programmes, and M&A activities, including acquisitions, integrations, and organisational design projects. Hybrid working is available.
