Strategic HR Partner for Change & Culture (Part-Time, Hybrid)

Blusource Finance Limited is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work in Nottinghamshire on a part-time basis. The role involves partnering with senior leaders to influence strategy and drive organizational change, while also managing complex HR matters.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a focus on promoting a positive workplace culture. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required.
