Strategic HR Partner: Change & Engagement Leader

A leading recruitment agency is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support strategic HR functions in Barnet and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will act as a strategic link between HR and the council, providing expert advice on Employee Relations, change management, and organizational design. The role requires Level 5 CIPD qualifications and experience as an HRBP. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Please apply with your CV if interested.
