Strategic HR Partner & Workday Specialist

Nuvonic Group is seeking an HR Advisory & Workday Specialist to support the leadership team with practical people-management processes across the employment life cycle. You will advise managers on routine and non-routine people matters, signpost resources, and ensure compliant practice across the organisation.

Key focus areas include Workday setup and maintenance, data integrity, reporting for the Leadership Team, and supporting organisational change during restructures or M&A.
