Job Description
The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnering to senior leaders in HM Prisons and Probation. This SEOx2 role sits in MoJ People and Capability - HR Business Partnering (HMPPS) and involves travel between Wakefield and Whitemoor prisons.
You will deliver across change management, resourcing, leadership capability and employee experience, coaching leaders and aligning people priorities with the business. Hybrid working applies.
