Strategic HR Partner - Construction, Hybrid, FTC

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract to support Ireland construction units from our Citywest Head Office. The role blends strategic HR partnering with change initiatives and starts with a hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead complex ER matters, support workforce planning, and partner with leadership to drive engagement and organisational effectiveness across multiple sites in Ireland. FTC until July 2027.
