Strategic HR Partner - 12-Month FTC (Hybrid)

MCS Group is supporting a leading organisation in Belfast to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC. The role focuses on delivering commercially minded HR support across the employee lifecycle and driving engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will handle employee relations, guide managers, support change initiatives, and contribute to workforce planning and pay processes. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered.
