Job Description
3-18 Education Trust is seeking a strategic Head of HR Operations to lead and continuously develop a high-performing HR service across our family of 14 schools. You will inspire the team delivering excellent support for every colleague and school, reporting to the Director of People.
You will drive employment-law compliant advisory services, partner with school leaders, and shape the People Strategy while strengthening organisational culture. Flexible and hybrid working are offered.
