Strategic HR Lead - Multi-Site Contract (3-6 Months)

Huntress is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a temporary contract of approximately 3-6 months, based in Worthing with travel to other sites including Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess strong employee relations expertise and leadership experience.

This role requires comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, the ability to lead HR teams, and manage complex HR casework. The position offers a salary of £50.2k - £54.9k per annum and a Monday-Friday schedule of 37 hours per week.
