Strategic HR Director - Europe & Canada (Remote)

New Era Technology is seeking a Human Resources Director for Europe & Canada, based in London. You will lead HR strategy, operations, and employee experience across Canada, UK, Belgium, and Romania, partnering with senior leaders to align people plans with growth.

Reporting to the CHRO in the US, you will drive talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, succession, payroll oversight, and compliance, while developing regional HR resources and collaborating with Global HR,
